Lowongan Kerja PT Timas Suplindo

Reviewing and evaluating the company’s business processes and providing recommendations for improvement and development to increase overall efficiency and productivity
Conducting Internal Audits for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
Prepare and make changes to procedures or quality documents according to the approved PFD
Designing reports to monitor operaional performance and enhance operational visibility
Ensuring improvement ideas are well-executed and implemented
Requirements :
Male, minimum 31 years
Have a minimum of S1 Degree from any major (preferable Bachelor Degree form Engineering)
Have a minimum of 5 years or more of working experiences as SOP Development
Good communication in English (verbal & written), good analytical thinking
Able to operate Ms Office (Ms. Visio, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point & Axure)
Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Prossesing problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement concept
2. Accounting & Tax Staff
Job Responsibilities :
Calculating, makes and report corporate taxation correctly so that the company’s tax obligations can be carried out properly
Assessing the tax invoice is damaged or not, filling a number of funds needed for corporate tax payments
Making the recording process correctly so that company is able to present reports correctly and accurately
Knowing all the company finance transaction
Making daily journals and adjusting journals
Supporting composing finance reports for taxes
Making turnover equalization and Pph
Checking general ledger for each account
Making reconciliation all ledgers related to others departmens (Salary, guarantee bank, deposit, etc)
Preparing documents for finance reports that related to external or internal
Requirements :
Maximum 33 year old
Bachelor degree in Accounting
Minimum 3 year of working experience as Accounting and Tax Staff
Good knowledge in taxation (Withholding Tax, Pph)
Excellent skill in accounting and tax regulation
Have some experience as public accountant would be a good advantages
Able to work under pressure and meet deadline with high speed and accuracy level
Good command in English both written and spoken
Systematic, detailed and well-organized
Proficiency in SAP & Microsoft Office

3. Finance Project
Job Responsibilities :
Ensuring all expenses are in accordance with supporting documents
Making monthly reports on Cash and Bank
Expenditures and Receipts
Has the right to refuse all requests for funds/payments without complete and clear supporting documents
Makes a summary of funding requests submitted by each user, salary application that have been made by the Site HRD and have been approved by superiors at the site
Managing money received from the head office in accordance with the previously sumitted budget
And all money spent is accompanied by supporting documents
Coordinate with Finance team (Head Office) Regarding expenditure and income of project cash funds
