1. Commercial Executive (Cross Border)

Job Description :

• Develop and present comprehensive prospectuses and presentations to potential clients
• Create and deliver compelling offers to secure new business deals
• Guide prospects through the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with existing customers to foster growth and retention
• Identify opportunities to expand business with current clients
• Coordinate with relevant departments to guarantee timely and complete order fulfillment
• Oversee the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and punctuality
• Address and resolve any invoicing discrepancies promptly
• Conduct regular monthly meetings with existing shippers to review and enhance service performance
• Collect feedback to continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years experience as Account Manager/Sales/Marketing in Logistics/Freight Forwarding
• Strong knowledge in cross border freight forwarding and custom regulations
• Excellent communication, presentation, persuasive, negotiation and analytical thinking skills

2. Application Developer

Job Description :

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications for web platforms
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Perform system evaluation and system troubleshooting
• Actively participate in team meetings and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems or related major
• Open for Fresh Graduate
• Having attended a Front End / Back End Programming Bootcamp is a plus
• Proficient with GIT, ReactJS, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, GraphQL
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
