1. Quality Control Staff

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology / Chemistry
  • Have minimum 2 years experience as QC Staff
  • Have experience in implementing ISO 17025
  • Have a good analytical, leadership, teamwork and communication skill
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office

2. Teknisi Delivery Van Bandung

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan delivery van es krim Campina

Persyaratan :

  • Lulusan Diploma Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman terkait sistem pendingin
  • Bersedia ditugaskan ke luar kota dan bekerja shift
  • Penempatan : Bandung

3. Teknisi Delivery Van Cakung

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan delivery van es krim Campina

Persyaratan :

  • Lulusan Diploma Teknik Pendingin dan Tata Udara
  • Memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman terkait sistem pendingin
  • Bersedia ditugaskan ke luar kota dan bekerja shift
  • Penempatan Cakung, Jakarta Timur

Job Description :

  • Manage and monitor the company’s legal validity period
  • Create and review internal and external company agreements
  • Make report to government parties
  • Handle legal administration work
  • Create and administer employee warning letters
  • Foster good relations with union, employee, company, and government
  • Enforcement of employee discipline
  • Coordinate security
  • Make periodic HR Department reports
  • Initiating, extending and terminating employee contracts

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in the fields of Legal and Industrial Relations, preferably within the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex legal concepts and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Industrial Relations, demonstrated through successful management of employee grievances, negotiations with unions, and implementation of labor-related policies.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and regulations, with a proven ability to interpret and apply legal principles in a corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with managing and updating permits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in English both oral and written

5. HR Administration Staff

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for maintaining and updating employee data.
  • Administering employee attendance records and posting attendance summaries.
  • Managing payroll administration.
  • Preparing monthly HR reports.
  • Handling BPJS administration for employees.
  • Managing data administration for new employees.
  • Understanding and ensuring compliance with all company systems and programs.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (GPA minimum 3 out of 4)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Administration.
  • Experience in processing BPJS,  payroll data, and other employment administration.
  • Strong analytical and data processing skills.
  • Proficiency in computer operations (especially Ms. Excel).
  • Good communication skills, independent, honest, meticulous, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work with people from various divisions.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap pengorganisasian, pengarahan, dan pengkoordinasian seluruh kegiatan pembelian Asset & General Supplies pada tingkat harga yang menguntungkan dan konsisten dengan kualitas, kuantitas, dan spesifikasi yang diperlukan sesuai dengan standar dan prosedur dari manajemen.

Kualifikasi :

  • Lulusan S1 Teknik Mesin atau Teknik Elektro
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di bidang Purchasing
  • Fasih berbahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office and ERP system

13. HRBP Sales Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Mengembangkan, menerapkan sistem SDM dan development perusahaan
  • Mengembangkan SDM dengan cara analisa kebutuhan, talent pool, rekrutmen, seleksi dan monitoring
  • Membina hubungan industri internal dan eksternal
  • Memberikan masukan kepada perusahaan mengenai aspek-aspek legal
  • Melakukan monitoring administrasi kepersonaliaan
  • Melakukan monitoring penerapan budaya internal agar berjalan optimal

Persyaratan :

  • Pendidikan terakhir minimal S1 Hukum / Psikologi / MSDM
  • Memiliki minimal 3 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai HRBP Manager
  • Menguasai KUHP, UU Ketenangakerjaan, Peraturan Perundangan terkait, dan prosedur pengurusan perijinan
