Saat ini PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
Supervise and manage the packing process to ensure products are packaged correctly and in accordance with quality standards.
Ensure that the packing process runs efficiently and in accordance with the production schedule.
Arrange work schedules and manage manpower allocation in the packing area.
Monitor packaging quality and ensure that all products meet Food Safety specifications and standards.
Conduct routine inspections and packaging audits to identify and address quality issues.
Supervise the maintenance and repair of packing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and operational procedures.
Ensure the availability of necessary packaging materials and manage packaging inventory.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or related field.
Experience at least 3-5 years’ in related position in FMCC industry.
Possess basic knowledge of Food Technology. Food Safety, Packaging Material Control. Candy Technology, and others.
Knowledge of occupational safety standards and industry regulatory compliance.

2. Processing Supervisor
Job Description :
Supervise and manage the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with operational standards.
Ensure that the production process runs according to established procedures and specifications.
Supervise the maintenance and repair of production equipment to avoid downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Monitor and ensure product quality is in accordance with Food Safety standards.
Conduct routine inspections and quality audits to identify and resolve quality issues.
Lead and mentor the production team, provide training and support to improve skills and performance.
Arrange work schedules and manage resource allocation to achieve production targets.
Manage raw material and finished product inventory to ensure optimal availability.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or related field.
Experience at least 3-5 years’ in related position in FMCG industry.

3. Quality Control Supervisor
Job Description :
Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, production water, and product quality to identify any quality deviations and implement necessary corrective actions promptly.
Prepare new or revised Check Sheet Procedures to be implemented in the field.
Conduct routine analysis of packaging materials used in production and packaging coding to detect any quality deviations or non-compliance with OF, and take corrective actions as needed.
Provide suggestions and recommendations for improving existing systems to ensure continuous enhancement.
Evaluate the performance of packaging suppliers based on the quality of the packaging delivered, providing input for selecting suppliers that meet the highest quality standards to ensure smooth production.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the FMCG industry.
Possess basic knowledge of Food Technology, Food Safety, Raw Material/Packaging Material Control, Candy Technology, and others.
Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, standards, and regulations.
Experience with quality control tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and problem-solving.
