PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia (HCMI) adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di dalam bidang manuaktur Excavator dan Manufaktur Heavy Equiment Components. Di pabrik Cibitung, fasilitas dan peralatan modern dipasang untuk memastikan kualitas produk yang memiliki kualitas yang sama dengan yang diproduksi di Jepang atau pabrik Hitachi lainnya di belahan dunia lain. Produk jadi harus lulus uji berat dan uji operasi berat yang dilakukan untuk menjamin daya tahan produk Hitachi yang diproduksi di Indonesia.

HCMI sangat menekankan pada kualitas dengan kontrol proses lanjutan untuk mencapai pengetahuan proses, pengalaman, fleksibilitas dan integrasi adalah kata kuncinya. HCMI membuat produk dengan mempertimbangkan kata kunci ini mulai dari tahap pengadaan bahan baku, proses produksi hingga produk jadi.

Lowongan Kerja PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia

Saat ini PT Hitachi Construction Machinery Indonesia membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

 Posisi:

1. Accounting

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor majoring in Accounting
• Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 years working experience as Finance
• Excellent for Arithmetic Counting
• Familiar with Computer Administration is a must Especially Excel, SAP system, and Oracle system is advantage
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, resilience and  persistence, hardworker, initiative, detail, and like challenge
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

2. Design

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree  in Mechanical Engineering
• Fresh graduated are welcome or min 1 years working experience as Design Staff is an advantage
• Ability to draw and read Technical/Engineering Drawing
• Experienced in using NX CAD Software is an advantage
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

3. Finance & Tax

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor majoring in Accounting or Finance Management
• Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 years working experience as Finance & Tax Staff
• Familiar with Computer Administration is a must (Especially Excel)
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, Neat Administration, Communicative, Adapt quickly and Quickly to learn
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

4. Japanese Interpreter

Qualifications :

• Education : D3 Japanese Literature
• Having a minimum 3 years experience as Interpreter and proficiency at level 3 (JLPT N3) is a must
• Familiar in Ms. Office (Ms. word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
• Good communication in English is an advantage.
• Able to work as a team and individually
• Hard Working, discipline, humble, target oriented, highly motivated and willing to work under pressure
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

5. Production Engineering

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree  in Mechanical Engineering
• Fresh graduate are welcome or 2 years working experience as Engineering Job
• Ability to draw and read Technical/Engineering Drawing
• Familiar in using AutoCAD 3D Software is a must
• Familiar with Design Calculation of Pressure Vessel and ASME Code is an advantage
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

6. Production Innovative Improvement & Supply

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or  Bachelor degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Informatics Engineering.
• Fresh graduate are welcome or 1 years working experience as production management
• Able to analyze production data and identify problems systematically
• Familiar with data analysis or data scientist
• Understand the application of IoT technology to production processes is a must
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work in a team and individually, loyal to the company, honest, hard worker, practical thinking, innovative and solution
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.

7. Quality Assurance Inspector for Excavator

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
• Fresh graduate or minimum 1 year of working experience related to Quality Control
• Have knowledge/experience in basic programing or good in measuring skill using CMM, ULM, Calibration System, and ability to use Autocad Application.
• Good English both verbal and written communication skills (able to speak Japanese is an additional point)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Willing to work in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat

8. Safety

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree  in Environmental Engineering / K3 Engineering/Public Health
• Minimum 1 years working experience as HSE Staff in a Manufacturing Company
• Has a General K3 Expert certificate/AK3U certificated by the Ministry of Manpower RI
• Having been a P2K3 Secretary is an Advantage
• Understand the concept of HIRA/JSA/Risk Management
• Understand ISO 450001 Audit and SMK3
• Familiar with Ms. Office & making banner designs is prefered
• Could communicate in English is a must, or could communicate in Japanese will be an advantage
• Able to work as a team and individually, loyal to company, honest and good analytical skill
• Willing to be stationed in Cibitung, Bekasi – Jawa Barat.
