Unilever Leadership Internship Program (ULIP) 2025

• 6 months internship program designed to prepare future Unilever talents through challenging projects. ULIP give you an opportunity to see the business and experience with a very supportive learning environment and direct professional development from Unilever leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a talent ready with a strong leadership impact.

1. ULIP Supply Chain

• Supply Chain Management is responsible for the whole process, from sustainably sourcing the raw materials, through the production processes, and ensuring a great product reaches the stores shelf in perfect quality and affordable cost. You would embark on experiences areas such as Planning, Engineering, Customer Service, Logistics, Procurement including hands-on experience in Supply Chain operations.
• ULIP Supply Chain (Customer Operations, Supply Chain Manuf, Procurement) is 6 months internship program designed to prepare future Unilever talents through challenging projects. ULIP give you an opportunity to see the business and experience with a very supportive learning environment and direct professional development from Unilever leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a talent ready with a strong leadership impact.

Qualifications :

• Final year student or fresh graduate from any other Engineering related major.
• Min. Bachelor Degree with GPA min 3.30.
• Have strong leadership capability, active in organization, and passion to work in FMCG
• Fluent in English
• Available for full-time internship start from 17 February – 16 August 2025

2. ULIP Finance

• Finance has direct input into Unilever’s long, medium and short-term plans as well as our cost reduction programmes and innovation projects. You’ll be part of a team that’s continuously bringing products to consumers that meet their needs and at an affordable price. Our operating structure is designed to be an influential force at the heart of the business by offering world-class expertise in areas where we can add real value. It is divided into several work streams: Finance Excellence Teams, Finance Business Partners, Financial Controlling, and Corporate Audit.
• ULIP Finance is 6 months internship program designed to prepare future Unilever talents through challenging projects. ULIP give you an opportunity to see the business and experience with a very supportive learning environment and direct professional development from Unilever leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a talent ready with a strong leadership impact.

Qualifications :

• Final year student or fresh graduate from Finance or Accounting.
• Min. Bachelor Degree with GPA min 3.30.
• Have strong leadership capability, active in organization, and passion to work in FMCG
• Fluent in English
• Available for full-time internship start from 17 February – 16 August 2025

3. ULIP Customer Development

• Our Customer Development teams partner with customers to pioneer new products, categories and concepts. A Customer Development role with us will see you providing leadership in shopper trends, habits, and behaviors. You would embark on experiences areas such as Account Management, Distribution Management, Channel and Category Development.
• ULIP Customer Development is 6 months internship program designed to prepare future Unilever talents through challenging projects. ULIP give you an opportunity to see the business and experience with a very supportive learning environment and direct professional development from Unilever leaders. By the end of the program, you are expected to be a talent ready with a strong leadership impact.

Qualification :

• Final year student or fresh graduate from all majors.
• Min. Bachelor Degree with GPA min 3.30.
• Have strong leadership capability, active in organization, and passion to work in FMCG
• Fluent in English
• Available for full-time internship start from 17 February – 16 August 2025

4. ULIP Information Technology & Data and Analytics
