PT  Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee) merupakan salah satu tempat  kopi yang untuk pertama kalinya berdiri sejak 2022 lalu. Coffee shop satu ini menghadirkan berbagai minuman kopi yang diracik menggunakan 100% biji kopi arabika berkualitas terbaik. Dari sejak berdiri hingga saat ini, sudah ada 60 gerai Tomoro Coffee yang berlokasi di area Jabodetabek. Berikut ini adalah Lowongan Kerja PT Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee).

Saat ini PT Kopi Bintang Indonesia (Tomoro Coffee) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

 Posisi:

1. Legal Supervisor

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Proficient in English
• Admitted to Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI)
• At least 5 years experience in practicing law
• Good personal qualities, able to avoid legal risks and protect the interests of the company from the company’s prespective
• Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and communication awareness
• Willing to be placed on Pluit, North Jakarta

Job Description :

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including agreements with vendors, suppliers, business partners etc
• Maintaining and updating contract database
• Monitoring contract performance and compliance
• Dealing with possible labor disputes, complaint cases and other disputes or lawsuits of the company
• Monitoring, maintaining and ensuring that all licenses
• Providing legal advice for the compliance matters of the company

2. Assist Head of Business Development

Job Requirements :

• More than 2 years experience in mitra development and business development
• Have knowledges of retail or F&B industry, preferably coffee industry
• Excellent communication, managing team, and negotiation skills
• Ability to assess location potential and perform market analysis
• Organize and manage multiple projects
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed on Pluit, North Jakarta

Job Descriptions :

• Assist the person in charge to identify and cooperate with potential mitra to promote store openings
• Responsible for collating and analyzing investment pormotion data and supporting the advancement of team work
• Perticipate in evaluting and recommending store location for new nitra stores
• Participate in market inspections, analyze investment promotion business data and operating data in real time
• Monitor market trends to support strategic expansion

3. Business Development Head (MITRA)

Requirements :

• More than 5 years of experience in investment promotion management, mitra development, and related roles
• Strong understanding of the retail or F&B sector, preferably within the coffee industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to assess location potential and perform market analysis
• Organized and able to manage multiple project simulataneously
• Fluent in English
• Placement Pluit, Jakarta Utara (Headquarter)

Job Description :

• Identify and engage with potential mitra to drive store openings
• Lead the conversion process form potential mitra to signed agreement
• Evaluate and recomended suitable store for new mitra outlets
• Assist mitra in the planning and establishment of new store locations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth mitra onboarding and store set up
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic expansion
• Responsible for the result of business, leading the team to achieve businrss promotion goals and performance

4. Business Development Assistant (MITRA)

Requirements :

• More than 2 years of experience in investment promotion management, mitra development, and related roles
• Have in-depth knowledge of the retail  coffee industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Be organized and able to manage multiple projects in English and able to Speak Chinese
• Placement Pluit,  Jakarta Utara (Headquarter)

Job Description :

• Assist the PIC to identify and cooperate with potential mitra
• Collating and analyzing investment promotion data and supporting the advancement of team work
• Participate in evaluating and recommending store location suitable for mitra stores
• Market inspections, analyze investment businrss data in real time
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Communicate with internal departments to keep information sychronized

5. Legal Supervisor

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in law
• Admmited to Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI)
• At least 3 years experience in practicing Law
• Good personal qualities, able to avoid legal risks and proctect the interests of the Company
• Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and communication awareness
• Fluent in English and able to Speak Chinese is an advantages

Job Description :

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including agreements with vendors, etc

6. BD Head (MITRA)

Job Description :

• Identify and engage with potential mitra to drive store openings
• Lead the conversion process from potential mitra to signed agreement
• Evaluate and recommend suitable store locations for new mitra outlets
• Assist mitra in the planning and establishment of new store locations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth mitra onboarding and store setup
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support strategic expansion
• Responsible for the results of business, leading the team to achieve business promotion goals and performance

Job Requirement :

• Have 8 years of experience in investment promotion management, prove experience in mitra development, business development, or related roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to assess location potential and perform market analysis
• Understanding of retail or F&B sector, preferably within the coffee industry
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta

7. BD Head Assistant (MITRA)

Job Description :

• Assist the person in charge to identify and cooperate with potential mitra to promote store openings
• Responsible for collating and analyzing investment promotion data and supporting the advancement of team work
• Participate in evaluating and recommending store locations suitable for new mitra stores
• Participate in market inspection, analyze investment promotion business data and operating data in real time, and support team decision making
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic expansion
• Communicate with internal departemens to keep information synchronized

Job Requirement :

• Have 2 years experience in mitra development, business development or related roles
• Have in-depth knowledge of the retail or restaurant industry, preferably in the coffee industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to evaluate location potential and conduct market analysis through business data
• Fluent in English
• Willing to be placed Landmark Pluit,  North Jakarta

8. Legal Supervisor

Job Description :

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, including agreements with vendors, suppliers, business partners

9. Accounting & AP Supervisor

Job Description :

• Finding ways to reduce or maintain costs, identifying potential cash flow problems and financial irregularities
• Auditing expenditures to ensure compliance with accounting procedures
• Leading and supervising the finance accounting team, providing guidance and support for daily operations
• Reconciling trade payable account, personal loan and petty cash on monthly basis
• Overses the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Assisting staff members in the preparation of monthly and quarterly accounting reports
• Analyzing financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices
• Accurately preparing tax returns and ensuring that company taxes are paid in a timely manner
• Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts

Job Requirement :

• Proven experience working as an Accounting and Finance Supervisor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Effective communication skills (Preferable English, Mandarin will be a plus point)
• Excellent ability to problem solving along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization
