Ayana Komodo Waecicu Beach adalah hotel mewah yang terletak di Labuan Bajo, Pulau Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Hotel bergaya sanggraloka ini dibuka pada tahun 2018 dan dipromosikan sebagai “hotel mewah pertama di Taman Nasional Komodo”. Dikelola oleh Ayana Hospitality, hotel ini adalah properti ketiga MidPlaza Holding dengan tajuk Ayana, mengikuti Ayana Estate dan Ayana Midplaza Jakarta, dan properti pertama mereka yang bukan merupakan hasil pergantian manajemen. Proyek mengenai hotel Ayana di Labuan Bajo pertama kali dilaporkan pada tahun 2017. Dibangun oleh Nusa Raya Cipta menurut rancangan yang digarap oleh Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG) dan Anggara Architeam, pengerjaan hotel ini dikabarkan hanya membutuhkan waktu 14 bulan dari peletakkan batu pertama hingga selesai. Hotel resmi dibuka pada tanggal 15 September 2018. Pada bulan Mei 2019, Ayana Hospitality meluncurkan Ayana Lako Di’a, kapal pelesir berbentuk pinisi yang dapat disewakan untuk tur mengelilingi perairan Labuan Bajo dan Taman Nasional Komodo per malam. Kapal ini berlabuh di dermaga Ayana Komodo Waecicu Beach apabila tidak digunakan.

Description :

Requirements :
Proven experience in a cruise management role or similar within the hospitality industry

3. Assistant Director of Food & Beverage | AYANA Komodo
Description :
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to support the Food and Beverage team at AYANA Komodo. This pivotal role involves the management of our dining and beverage services to ensure that both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency are met according to our hotel standards.
Develop goals, strategies, and staffing forecasts to achieve operational objectives.
Oversee training and development for all employees, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
Monitor departmental operations, including schedules, payroll, and inventories, to maintain efficiency.
Collaborate with chefs and managers to ensure menu quality, pricing, and staff knowledge of offerings.
Conduct regular performance reviews and assist department heads in managing their teams effectively.
Address guest complaints and implement service improvements for maximum satisfaction.

4. Engineering Staff – Kitchen & Laundry | AYANA Komodo
Responsibilities :
Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen and laundry facilities, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance on all kitchen and laundry equipment, including but not limited to refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washing machines.
Monitor inventory levels of kitchen and laundry supplies, and order necessary items in a timely manner.
Manage and train a team of kitchen and laundry staff to ensure a high level of service and employee satisfaction.
Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
liaise regularly with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of operations and minimize disruptions.

Description :
We are looking for a self-driven talent for a Chef de Partie to work with our Culinary team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Labuan Bajo, NTT.
Requirements :
Has a minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
Has strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment and swift performance improvement. Can thrive in a high-pressure environment and has a strong operational strategy that is timely.
Has in-depth knowledge of food safety principles and best practices, HACCP certification is desirable.
Has a deep understanding of the profit & loss goals, is proficient in performing regular menu engineering, and maintains an up-to-date market list.
A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major is required, Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.
