Ayana Komodo Waecicu Beach adalah hotel mewah yang terletak di Labuan Bajo, Pulau Flores, Nusa Tenggara Timur. Hotel bergaya sanggraloka ini dibuka pada tahun 2018 dan dipromosikan sebagai “hotel mewah pertama di Taman Nasional Komodo”. Dikelola oleh Ayana Hospitality, hotel ini adalah properti ketiga MidPlaza Holding dengan tajuk Ayana, mengikuti Ayana Estate dan Ayana Midplaza Jakarta, dan properti pertama mereka yang bukan merupakan hasil pergantian manajemen. Sesuai dengan namanya, hotel ini terletak di dekat Pantai Waecicu. Lowongan Kerja Ayana Komodo Waecicu Beach.

Proyek mengenai hotel Ayana di Labuan Bajo pertama kali dilaporkan pada tahun 2017. Dibangun oleh Nusa Raya Cipta menurut rancangan yang digarap oleh Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG) dan Anggara Architeam, pengerjaan hotel ini dikabarkan hanya membutuhkan waktu 14 bulan dari peletakkan batu pertama hingga selesai. Hotel resmi dibuka pada tanggal 15 September 2018. Pada bulan Mei 2019, Ayana Hospitality meluncurkan Ayana Lako Di’a, kapal pelesir berbentuk pinisi yang dapat disewakan untuk tur mengelilingi perairan Labuan Bajo dan Taman Nasional Komodo per malam. Kapal ini berlabuh di dermaga Ayana Komodo Waecicu Beach apabila tidak digunakan.

1. Cruise Manager | AYANA Komodo

Description :

• The Cruise Manager at AYANA Komodo will lead the cruise operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests from start to finish. You will coordinate cruise activities, manage the onboard team, and oversee daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities include creating and implementing engaging cruise itineraries, managing guest relations, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational protocols. You will play a crucial role in enhancing guest satisfaction and crafting memorable experiences while promoting the unique offerings of AYANA Komodo.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in a cruise management role or similar within the hospitality industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field
• Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions
• Familiarity with cruise regulations and safety practices
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

2. Assistant Human Resources Manager | AYANA Komodo

Responsibilities :

• Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Support the execution of performance management processes, including feedback and coaching
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related issues
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs
• Contribute to compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 year of experience in assistant human resources manager or 3 years at supervisor level within the hospitality sector (prefer 5-star hotel)
• Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and labor laws
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

3. Assistant Director of Food & Beverage | AYANA Komodo

Description :

• We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to support the Food and Beverage team at AYANA Komodo. This pivotal role involves the management of our dining and beverage services to ensure that both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency are met according to our hotel standards.
• Develop goals, strategies, and staffing forecasts to achieve operational objectives.
• Oversee training and development for all employees, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
• Monitor departmental operations, including schedules, payroll, and inventories, to maintain efficiency.
• Collaborate with chefs and managers to ensure menu quality, pricing, and staff knowledge of offerings.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and assist department heads in managing their teams effectively.
• Address guest complaints and implement service improvements for maximum satisfaction.
• Maintain communication with staff regarding policies, updates, and events to ensure alignment.
• Supervise equipment maintenance, inventory control, and waste reduction efforts.

4. Engineering Staff – Kitchen & Laundry | AYANA Komodo

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen and laundry facilities, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance on all kitchen and laundry equipment, including but not limited to refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, and washing machines.
• Monitor inventory levels of kitchen and laundry supplies, and order necessary items in a timely manner.
• Manage and train a team of kitchen and laundry staff to ensure a high level of service and employee satisfaction.
• Develop and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• liaise regularly with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of operations and minimize disruptions.
• Work closely with the management team to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements :

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team

• Working knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment and maintenance procedures

5. Korean Guest Relation (Expat) | AYANA Komodo

Responsibilities :

• Welcome and communicate with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Actively provide them with information concerning resort facilities and activities
• Handle guest complaints in a tactful and professional manner
• Collaborate with the front office, food and beverage and housekeeping departments to ensure efficient and effective communication of guest requirements
• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process for guests
• Promote resort services and facilities, such as spa, restaurant, and retail outlets
• Maintain and update guest profiles, preferences, and requests.

Requirements :

• Must have at least five years of experience as a Guest Relations Officer in a hospitality or resort environment
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields
• Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English
• Proactive, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• A strong communicator, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in hotel management systems to be an added advantage
• Must be willing to relocate and live in Bali and hold a valid passport with no travel restrictions to Bali.

6. Spa Therapist | AYANA Komodo

Responsibilities :

• Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use
• Provide advice on products and techniques based on each client’s needs
• Update client records with contact details and treatments received
• Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival
• Manage appointments

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or five star Spa environment
• Certified as a Spa Therapist with spa certification and other wellness related certification is advantage
• Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has positive attitude
• Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields

7. Learning & Development Manager | AYANA Komodo

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop training programs that meet the specific needs of various departments and enhance employee performance.

8. General Cashier | AYANA Komodo

Responsibilities :

• Handle all financial transactions for the resort, including petty cash, bank deposits, and credit card transactions
• Reconcile all financial accounts and ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date
• Manage and maintain accurate records of all cash and credit transactions
• Prepare detailed financial reports for management and executive teams
• Provide support and training to team members to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Ensure all financial policies and procedures are followed consistently and accurately
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, and help identify cost-saving measures

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong working knowledge of financial software programs

9. Chef De Partie | AYANA Komodo

Description :

• We are looking for a self-driven talent for a Chef de Partie to work with our Culinary team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Labuan Bajo, NTT.

Requirements :

• Has a minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort.
• Has strong leadership skills with an acute sense of good judgment and swift performance improvement. Can thrive in a high-pressure environment and has a strong operational strategy that is timely.
• Has in-depth knowledge of food safety principles and best practices, HACCP certification is desirable.
• Has a deep understanding of the profit & loss goals, is proficient in performing regular menu engineering, and maintains an up-to-date market list.
• A 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major is required, Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.

10. Cost Control | AYANA Komodo

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and report on financial data and cost structures
