Tamaris Development Program (TDP)
This program is designed to nurture and develop young professionals, providing them with hands-on experience and a Structured career path in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Requirements :
Male/Female maximum 26 years
Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or Business Management
Minimum GPA/IPK 3.00
Proficient in English (oral & written)
Not currently bound by any contract and willing to unbind if accepted
Willing to commit to a 2-year bond agreement after completing TDP
Active in organizations or extracurricular activities is a plus
Open to placement at Site Operating Companies across Indonesia
Selection process will be conducted online or offline in Jakarta (as needed)
Software Requirements :
Strong computer literacy (proficiency in MS Office is mandatory)
Civil Engineering: Must be proficient in AutoCAD 3D; knowledge of STAAD Pro and GeoStudio is an advantage
Mechanical Engineering: Must be proficient in AutoCAD 3D; knowledge of SolidWorks is an advantage
Electrical Engineering: Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2D and ETAP/Digsilent; knowledge of PVSyst is an advantage
Chemical Engineering: Must be proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Thermaprocess, and ROprocess; knowledge of MATLAB is an advantage
