 Posisi:

1. Mineplan & Operation Control Head Office Jakarta

Job Responsibility :

• We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Mineplan & Operation Control at our Head Office. This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, effecient operations while maintaining optimal productivity and adhering to safety standards

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in mining or geological engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Mineplan in coal Mining Industry
• Proficient in using software such as Minescape, SPRY, MineX, Talpac/Haulsim
• Willing to be placed in Head Office, Jakarta

2. Unit Head – Food and Beverage Jobsite – Admo

Job Responsibility :

• We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Unit Head – Food and Beverage to lead and oversee FnB activities at our mining site. This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations while maintaining optimal productivity and adhering to safety standards

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proven experience managing food and beverage operations in remote or industrial environments (coal mining sites, oil rigs, etc) is highly preferred
• Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

3. Officer – Survey & Data Processing Jobsite – Admo

Job Responsibility :

• We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Officer – Survey & Data Processing to lead and oversee engineering activities at our mining site. This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations while maintaining optimal productivity and adhering to safety standards

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Geodesy, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in surveying, with hands-on experience in coal mining or similar/industries
• Experience with data processing and analysis in a surveying environment is preferred
• Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

4. Group Leader – Drill & Blast Jobsite – Maco

Job Responsibility :

• We are looking for an excellent individual to join is as a Group Leader – Drill & Blast to lead and oversee drilling and blasting activities at our mining site. This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations while maintaining optimal productivity and adhering to safety standards

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in mining or geological engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in handling drilling & blasting activities at mining site
• Strong understanding in Blasting Quality Index and Coal Blasting Implementation
• Having competencies in Mining Operation Technique lvl 2 and Drilling & Blasting Technique lvl 2
• Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

5. Group Leader – Plant Jobsite – Maco

Job Responsibility :

• We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Group Leader – Plant to lead and oversee plant and Maintenance activities at our mining site. This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations while maintaining optimal productivity and adhering to safety standards

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Heavy Equipment)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mining operation
• BMC & POP certified
• Having understanding in maintenance process, equipment repair, troubleshooting, and rebuild/overhaul components
• Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

6. Group Leader – Tyre Jobsite – Maco

Job Responsibility :

• We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as a Group Leader – Tyre to lead and oversee plant and Maintenance activities at our mining site. This role will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations while maintaining optimal productivity and adhering to safety standards

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma degree in engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electric, or Heavy Equipment)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mining operation
• BMC & POP certified
• Having understanding in tyre management
• Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan

7. Office – IT Jobsite – Maco

Job Responsibility :

• We are looking for an excellent individual to join us as an Officer – IT who will be responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure and systems related to our mining activities. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth function of all IT operations, ensuring that technology solutions support

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma degreee (preferably IT-related fields of study)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields
• Having understanding in Computer Server Administration, Database & Backup management, Management Information System, and IT Security & Reliability
• Willing to be placed at our mining site in Kalimantan
