1. Application Support Trainee

Job Descriptions :

• We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Engineer Trainee to assist in ensuring our software applications run smoothly. You will learn how to investigate issues, provide user support, and work alongside developers and QA teams to solve problems and improve system performance.

Requirements :

• Fresh graduates in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Eager to learn application architecture, backend/frontend logic, and logs.
• Has knowledge of Linux/Unix and database.
• Willing to work in shifts or on-call rotation if required in the future.
• Willingness to participate in a 1-year on-the-job training program.
• Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)

2. Risk Management Trainee

Job Descriptions :

• To support the Risk Management team in identifying, analyzing, and monitoring risks related to information technology, digital operations, data security, and regulatory compliance within an IT-driven environment. The trainee will assist in implementing risk management processes that align with internal policies and industry standards.

Requirements :

• Fresh graduates in any major (Information Technology, Information Systems, Law, Business, Accounting, or a related field are preferred).
• Basic knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and information security principles.
• High integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
• Willingness to learn about risk frameworks such as ISO 27001.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to participate in a 1-year on-the-job training program.
• Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area).

3. IT Operation Trainee

Job Descriptions :

• We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Operation Trainee with a focus on networking and infrastructure. This role is ideal for recent IT graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in maintaining corporate network systems and ensuring service availability across all infrastructure layers.

Requirements :

• Fresh graduates in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong interest in network administration, system operations, and IT infrastructure.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, firewalls, and routing.
• Basic knowledge in command-line tools, IP configuration, and network topologies.
• Willingness to participate in a 1-year on-the-job training program.
• Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area).

4. Corporate Partnership Trainee

Job Descriptions :

• You will learn how strategic partnerships are built and maintained to drive company growth. You will gain hands-on experience in identifying potential partners, supporting partnership proposals, and assisting in partnership activation and performance tracking.

Requirements :

• Fresh graduates in Business, Marketing, Communication, Management, or related field.
• Interest in partnerships, business strategy, and corporate collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English will be a plus.
• Willingness to participate in a 1-year on-the-job training program.
