Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (disingkat “HCML”) adalah salah satu Production Sharing Contract (PSC) dari Badan Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPMIGAS), yang kemudian diubah menjadi Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas), Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, sebagai perwakilan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia untuk melakukan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi minyak dan gas bumi di Selat Madura. Job Description :
Carries out unsupervised, skilled installation, troubleshooting and maintenance, repair, testing and provide maintenance activities report of equipment, instrumentation, control system, analyzers and metering system facilities in GMS to ensure continuity and effectiveness of operational activities.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma degree in related Engineering / Technical disciplines
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in instrumentation or electrical production function in Oil and Gas industry.
Familiarity with oil and gas processing will be and advantage.
Have experience to perform field work procedure and process control room minimum 3 years not limited to identify unusual finding and provide corrective action, summarize operator checklist and provide handover report
Able to perform installation, maintenance and troubleshooting for instrumentation and control device.
Able to calibrate, test instruments on the field, verification, disassemble, and reassemble instrument equipment and control device.
Have the ability to use engineering drawings, schematics, and service manuals to troubleshoot, install, and repair equipment.
In-depth knowledge of electronic instrumentation, process control and safety systems. This includes flow, level, pressure, and temperature measuring devices, control loops, digital and analog controllers, and related instrumentation.
Proficient in using engineering software for gas chromatographs (GC) and analyzers, metering calculation software such as Kelton, and DCS software for performing modifications and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of approved practices, codes, and safety standards related to instrumentation, metering, and control systems, including knowledge of relevant tools, equipment, and materials.
Having strong interpersonal skills, such as communication, problem solving and collaborating with others.
