  • Seven Retail is a fast-growing multi-brand company across Food & Beverage, Lifestyle, and Education. We are building our next generation of leaders, and we’re looking for high-potential talents to join our Future Leadership Program.
  • This program is designed for early-career professionals who are eager to learn fast, think analytically, and take real ownership of business growth.

About the Program

  • The Seven Shaper Future Leadership Program is a 15-month structured leadership development program that prepares you to become a future growth leader at Seven Retail.

You will gain:

  • Hands-on exposure to real business challenges
  • Cross-functional and multi-brand experience
  • Direct mentorship from senior leaders
  • Ownership of strategic and growth-related projects
  • Successful candidates will have the opportunity to convert into full-time roles in Growth, Strategy, or Business Operations.

About the Role (What You’ll Do)

  • Support the design and execution of growth strategies across brands and functions
  • Assist in driving strategic initiatives and business projects end-to-end
  • Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and propose data-driven recommendations
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and help implement improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with leaders to support decision-making and performance optimization
  • This role requires strong analytical thinking, execution discipline, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • We’re looking for talents with high learning agility and a strong ownership mindset.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields from reputable universities
    • Fresh graduate with internship experience or maximum 3 years of working experience
    • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
    • Comfortable working with data and numbers
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, lookup functions; VBA is a plus), PowerPoint, and Word
    • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
    • Result-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
    • Willing to undergo a 15-month structured program
