Orang Tua Group (OT) adalah perusahaan consumer goods yang memproduksi berbagai macam produk kebutuhan sehari-hari. Berawal dari minuman kesehatan tradisional dengan bahan dan proses terstandar berkualitas tinggi, OT telah berkembang semakin modern tanpa meninggalkan nilai-nilai positif dan luhur yang dicetuskan oleh pendiri perusahaan. Berikut ini adalah Lowongan Kerja  Orang Tua Group (OT).

OT Retail memulai bisnisnya dengan toko minuman pada tahun 2010, BOTTLE AVENUE dan VINYARD, berlokasi di Bali. Pada tahun 2013 OT Retail memperluas bisnisnya dengan mendirikan dua merek ritel, yaitu BEAU dan MOR. BEAU merupakan tempat pertama di Indonesia yang menyediakan semua produk kecantikan, mudah dijangkau, dan dengan pelayanan terbaik. Sementara MOR adalah Convenience Store pertama asli Indonesia. Dan hanya butuh waktu setahun saja bagi OT Retail untuk meluncurkan merek barunya.

Dan pada tahun 2019, di bulan Juni, OT Retail telah membangun 100 toko. Bersamaan juga dengan dibentuknya PT Tatareta Ritel Indonesia yang menjadi holding OT Ritel Group.

Saat ini Orang Tua Group (OT) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

 Posisi:

1. Data Scientist

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.00, majoring in Information Engineering
• Have 1 years data scientist / big data experience
• Understand Python, R language
• Being able to use data visualization tools will be a plus point.
• Have the ability and desire to learn new things
• Able to manage a team and coordinate with other teams
• Can work efficiently and provide technical direction to the team.

Responsibilities :

• Analyzing and organizing existing data.
• Process data to turn it into insight
• Create data management architectural designs
• Maintain company data infrastructure
• Create data visualization

2. Web Developer

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with a GPA minimum of 3.00
• Minimum age 23 to 30 years
• No work experience is required.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Understand Web Programming (PHP, C#, .NET ), API (REST/SOAP)
• Understanding Relational Database (MySQL / SQL Server)
• Understanding Laravel Framework
• Communicate well and can learn quickly
• Able to work in a scrum team and agile methodologies

3. Mobile Developer

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with a GPA minimum of 3.00
• Minimum age 23 to 30 years
• No work experience is required.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Understanding Android/IOS Programming Flutter, API (REST/SOAP)
• Understanding Relational Database (SQLLite)
• Able to work in a scrum team and agile methodologies

4. IT Support

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with a GPA minimum of 3.00
• Maximum age 26 years old
• Have experience working 1-2 years in the IT support field
• Placement: West Jakarta (OT Building)
• Willing to go to business trips out of town

Responsibilities :

• Installing IT devices
• Troubleshooting IT devices
• Performing IT Asset administration
• Coordination of IT hardware repairs to vendors
• Reporting

5. IT Solution

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with a GPA minimum of 3.00
• Minimum age 23 to 30 years
• No work experience is required.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Responsibilities :

• Supports smooth application operational processes in OT
• Design and develop application systems according to company needs
• Implement the application rollout
• Search, explore and propose updated application systems

6. IT Infrastructure

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent with a GPA minimum of 3.00
• Minimum age 23 to 30 years
• Have 1 year experience in the same field
• Placement: West Jakarta (OT Building)

Responsibilities :

• Performing installation, troubleshooting Server (Windows, Centos Virtualisai, Active Directory)
• Installation and troubleshooting of router network devices (Cisco, Mikrotik, etc.), VLAN switching
• Troubleshoot access control devices, security (Firewall, CCTV, etc.)
• Monitor and follow up to providers regarding server devices, network
• Perform administration of IT Infrastructure documents
• Go visit the assigned factory/shop/area

7. Finance & Accounting Staff

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a GPA minimum of 3.00
• Minimum age 23 to 30 years
• Have 1 year experience in the same field
• Have Brevet A&B
• Placement: West Jakarta (OT Building)
• Fluent in English (both speaking & writing)

Responsibilities :

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and tax filings
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Provide financial advice and strategies for cost reduction and revenue growth
• Maintain and oversee financial records, ledgers, and general accounting systems.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate financial reporting.

8. Finance & Accounting Manager

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with a GPA minimum of 3.00
• Minimum age 30 to 40 years
• Have 3 year experience as manager in the same field
• Have Brevet A&B
• Fluent in English (both speaking & writing)
• Placement: West Jakarta (OT Building)

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and manage the entire cycle of accounts receivable, accounts payable, aging, cash flow, and reconciliations accurately and timely in accordance with applicable accounting standards
• Review and monitor budget proposals and perform budget consolidation.
• Prepare and present budget projection reports or cash flow reports.
• Compile, analyze, and present budget utilization reports

9. Junior Brand Manager

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Information Technology, Food Technology, Chemical, Biotechnology, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent)
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Must have 2 years of relevant work experience
• Willing to be placed in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat

Job Description :

• Fulfill a vital role in supporting the Brand Manager in executing marketing strategies and initiatives
• Handle operational marketing tasks, including campaign coordination, budget management, and timeline adherence
• Conducting market research and analysis

10. Brand Manager

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Information Technology, Food Technology, Chemical, Biotechnology, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent)
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Must have 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat

Job Description :

• Lead the brand style guides, value proposition, and brand guidelines
• Champion the brand strategy with a deep understanding of consumer & their needs
• Responsible for the seamless execution of product launches
• Discover new opportunities to develop customer acquisition, brand awareness and engagement

11. Marketing Event Staff

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Information Technology, Food Technology, Chemical, Biotechnology, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or equivalent)
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• Have skills in Videography and Video Ediiting is a plus
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

• Event planning, problem analysis, and audience identification

• Maintain good relations with the agency

12. Digital Marketing Staff

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00
• Strong understanding of social media marketing trends
• Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Premiere

Qualifications :

• Handling administrative tasks related to the processing and reporting OEE & KPI

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Accounting
• Minimum GPA of 3.00
• At least 1 year experience in handling payroll, fresh graduates are welcome
