Saat ini PETRONAS Carigali Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. IT Helpdesk – Third Party Contract
Provide for computer user, supporting equipment and the other facility related to the I.T job to make it all the system working properly as an integrated network in the Petronas Carigali Indonesia Operation and prevent unexpected problem by updating the system include of software and hardware. Job responsibility and accountability:
Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, industry players, and service providers to stay informed of developments and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with PETRONAS procedures, statutory regulations, and Limits of Authority to protect the company’s interests, image, and reputation.
Promote and uphold PETRONAS Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and Codes of Conduct & Business Ethics (COBE) to maintain safe operations, discipline, and industrial harmony.
Develop and lead a competent, high-performing team by fostering leadership skills and capabilities.
Cultivate a performance-driven culture based on commitment, integrity, ownership, and loyalty to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements :
Degree in IT (technology/engineering) or relevant discipline
A Minimum of 3 years’ in oil, gas, and related industry
Advance computer skills on MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word) and other database application would be an advantage
Fluent in written and spoken English
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Administration knowledge
2. Control Room Operator – Third Party Contract
Operate and monitor oil field production facilities (Wellheads and Central Processing Platform – CPP) from the Central Control Room to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations in accordance with operating procedures, HSE requirements, and production targets.
Monitor and control Wellhead and CPP production systems via DCS to maintain stable operations, optimize production, and respond promptly to alarms or upsets.
Lead and Coordinate field operators and onshore/offshore support teams to ensure safe and effective execution of production activities, including start-up, shutdown, and pigging operations.
Supervise and control routine and emergency activities in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring compliance with process safety and regulatory requirements.
Analyze production trends, water cut, BS&W, and well performance, and propose operational adjustments or improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Record and review daily operating data, downtime events, and production reports, escalating issues and recommending corrective actions to minimize deferment.
Support implementation of new technologies, process improvements, and optimization projects at the CPP and Wellheads.
Actively participate in HSE initiatives, including risk assessments, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills, maintaining high standards of safety readiness.
Mentor and guide junior operators and CROs to strengthen control room operational capability.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technical discipline (Instrumentation, Process, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent
Minimum 12 years of experience in oil & gas production operations, with at least 3 years of recent experience as a Central Control Room Operator (CCRO) on offshore/onshore production facilities
Strong knowledge of DCS systems, process operations, and field production optimization
Proven ability to respond effectively to plant upsets and emergencies
Solid understanding of HSE requirements and process safety in upstream oil & gas
Experience in oil field operations is an advantage
