1. Radio Operator Staff

• Closing Date : 20 December 2025

Job Responsibilities :

• Conduct communication activities via radio and record information to be distributed to internal and external parties involved in barge-to-barge coal transfer activities.
• Ensure smooth and safe operational port activities, particularly in the aspects of port management.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma Degree in Nautical Studies (ANT III), with a mandatory ORU Certificate.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same or a related position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Understanding of radar and radio operations in port environments.
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan.

2. Port Engineer

• Closing Date : 4 December 2025

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform all maintenance activities, dry docking, repair operations and provides operations instruction to ensure that maintenance activities are met the operating purpose. Coordinate, supervise, troubleshoot any technical problem, and maintain spare parts availability. Budget control and monitoring.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma Degree of Marine Engineer (Marine Certification ATT III) or Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in Shipping Industry, Shipyard Industry or other similar industries.
• Minimum 4 years of sea service and 2 years as Chief Engineer on board.
• Familiar with ISM code implementation.
• Familiar with floating crane is a plus
• Able to read and analyze technical drawing.
• Good command in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan

3. Maintenance Technician

• Closing Date : 30 December 2025

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for planning, monitoring, and implementing maintenance activities at the port.
• Perform asset management functions at the port, including the maintenance of buildings, cranes, electricity, pumps, and other.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Associate Degree (D3), preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 1 year of experience in port maintenance or related roles in the coal industry or other similar industries.
• Possession of Basic Life Support and Basic Firefighter certifications.
• Willing to be placed in North Kelanis, Central Kalimantan.

4. Port Control Officer

• Closing Date 27 December 2025

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for monitoring radio channel communication.
• Communication and assist the ships movement in the Taboneo port.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholder to ensure operational port activity running smoothly and safely.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma Degree in port shipping or nautical (ANT III)
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same or related position.
• Understanding about Radar & Radio Operations (can be supported by ORU).
• Have a good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skill.
• Good command in English both oral and written.
• Able to work in shift.
• Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan

5. External Relations Admin Staff

• Closing Date : 27 December 2025

Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for supporting the organization in maintaining & managing relationships with external stakeholders including the public, customers, government, and other institutions to increase the company’s visibility and reputation in establishing cooperation.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Communication, Law, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or related position.
• Have a good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill.
• Good command in English both oral and written.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan (and willing to travel or be assigned to Adaro Logistics operation area).
