Lowongan Kerja PT Agincourt Resources
Saat ini PT Agincourt Resources membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
Hold a Diploma in Health and Safety or a related field
Have at least five (5) years of experience in Safety, preferably within the mining industry
Hold an SMKP Implementation certification and be a registered internal auditor with an ESDM certificate
Possess a POP/POM certificate
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety principles and best practices
Be well-versed in the Mine Safety Act and Regulations
Show expertise in risk assessment and risk management
Have strong knowledge of incident investigation to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
Be familiar with open-pit mining operations and the use of Heavy Moving Equipment (HME)
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and maintaining a collaborative work environment
Display initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently to achieve objectives
Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
Be eligible to obtain an Indonesian Driver’s License
Have strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

2. Senior Metallurgist
Deadline 2 April 2025
The Senior Metallurgist will be tasked with :
Monitoring and reporting on plant performance: Ensuring all processes and equipment operate at optimal efficiency, identifying and addressing any performance issues
Providing technical and operational guidance: Contributing expertise to enhance process efficiency, recommending improvements, and supporting continuous optimization efforts
Supervising plant metallurgists and laboratory test work: Leading and mentoring metallurgists while overseeing laboratory testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness in metallurgical evaluations
Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria:
Educational Background: Possess a tertiary qualification in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or Chemical Engineering
Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in Carbon in Leach (CIL) and Semi-Autogenous Grinding (SAG) milling
Gold Processing Expertise: A minimum of five years of experience in a metallurgical role within gold processing
Licenses and Certifications: Hold a valid driver’s license and, if possible, a Personal Occupational Proficiency (POP) certification
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of metallurgical processing methods, tools, raw materials, and technologies
Safety Awareness: Comprehensive knowledge of occupational hazards in the mineral processing industry
Instructional Comprehension: Ability to interpret and effectively execute written and verbal instructions, including engineering drawings
