1. PT Aisin Indonesia Automotive

Job Description :

• Control and ensure the flow of company’s cost budget and make sure its aligned with the cost budget plan and company’s target
• Create and present reports to management regarding company’s cost budget activity and its forecast

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Accounting/Economy
• Male/Female with maximum age 28 years old
• At least 2 years experiences in the same field
• Familiar and have good knowledge about Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel (Macro Excel), and SAP
• Used to make and present data reports
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Adaptable and a good team player
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang (Bekasi), West Java

2. Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• Act as the main liaison between the company and the customers
• Ensure smooth operations in production, delivery, and finance to maintain good relationships with customers
• Monitor, report, and present daily delivery performance to customers
• Analyze the market, forecast sales, and prepare production planning to support business targets

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) of Engineering/Statistics/Economic/Management
• Male or Female with maximum age 28 years old
• Both experienced in the same field or fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Have knowledge in automotive industry
• Have good interpersonal and customer approach skill
• Have a good coordination and communication skill
• Excellent problem solver & decision maker
• Willing to be placed at Cikarang (Bekasi), West Java

3. Production Unit Leader (Die Casting)

Job Description :

• Ensure the production process is running well based on planning to achieve company’s target
• Develop & improve its work system to make sure the job process is running effectively & efficiently

Requirements :

• Associate’s degree (D3) of Foundry Engineering / Mechanial / Manufacturing Process Engineering
• Male with maximum age 25 years old
• Fresh graduate who is willing to learn & develop himself
• Understanding production process flow & aspects in manufacturing industry, especially in casting production
• A leader with good coordination & problem solving avilities
• Willing to be placed at Karawang, West Java

4. Engineering Staff

Job Description :

• Develop drawing process and its process layout based on production process needs
• Control & evaluate production process based on cost plan to meet production capacity & efficiency

Requirements :

• Associate’s degree (D3) of Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing Process Engineering
• Male with maximum age 27 years old
• Experienced in the same field at least 1 years
• Experienced in plastic injection or mold design
• Understanding AutoCAD, Solidworks, & CAMCAD
• Good leadership & Communication skill
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving
• Willing to be placed at Karawang, West Java
