PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero), Tbk pada awalnya didirikan di Indonesia sebagai Bank sentral dengan nama “Bank Negara Indonesia” berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang No. 2 tahun 1946 tanggal 5 Juli 1946.

Selanjutnya, berdasarkan Undang-Undang No. 17 tahun 1968, BNI ditetapkan menjadi “Bank Negara Indonesia 1946”, dan statusnya menjadi Bank Umum Milik Negara. Selanjutnya, peran BNI sebagai Bank yang diberi mandat untuk memperbaiki ekonomi rakyat dan berpartisipasi dalam pembangunan nasional dikukuhkan oleh UU No. 17 tahun 1968 tentang Bank Negara Indonesia 1946.

Officer Development Program (ODP)

1. ODP Relationship Manager SME

General Qualifications :

• S1 /S2 from reputable universities with relevant field of studies with the minimum GPA
  • S1 : 3.00, maximum age : 25
  • S2 : 3.25, maximum age : 28
• Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEFL minimum 450 or equivalent (We only accept score provided by official /authorized institution and valid)
• No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings)
• Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program
• Have an interest to expand career in sales / marketing
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia to support retail segment business in regional

• Proactive and highly initiative
• Strong in persuasion & negotiation
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication
• Oriented towards customer satisfaction
• Good in critical & analytical thinking

• Proficient in English and submit your score in the application TOEFL minimum 450 or equivalent (We only accept score provided by official /authorized institution and valid)
• No member of nuclear family currently works in BNI (i.e., parents, siblings)
• Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program
• Passionate and interested in becoming a financial advisor
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia to support Wealth Management Business

Qualifications :

• Indonesian Citizens
• Physically and mentally resilient
• Education :
  • Senior High School : final year report card average grades minimum 7
  • D1 – S1 : GPA minimum 2,5
• Age : 18 – 25 years old
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication
• Never been involved in drugs or violations of the law, as proven by a Police Record Certificate (SKCK)
• Get parental consent to participate in the BINA BNI internship program
• Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried during the journey of this program
• Never had any work experience (Fresh Graduate)
