Lowongan Kerja PT Freeport Indonesia
Saat ini PT Freeport Indonesia sedang membuka lowongan kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
Monitor cash management operations for PT Freeport Indonesia to include daily cash administration, management of current accounts and investment (if any).
Monitor all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding. Ensure adequate liquidity for working capital needs and invest short term excess cash. Control and monitor inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and cash calls.
Liaise banking relationship to obtain best services, fee, exchange rate and interest rate and ensure that day to day activities related to bankers are conducted smoothly and in the most efficient way.
Monitors cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report including investment, and forex trading and any unusual items are investigated, followed up and reported.
Good communication with Corporate Cash Management for cash flow projection, cash flow utilization, investment activities and forex trading, including heads up for any unusual transaction.
2. Treasury
Compile and Report PTFI and its affiliates excess of cash and provide best interest rate within the market as an investment option.
Perform forex exchange rate to maintain Company trading activities within the market.
Support PTFI and its affiliates with bank guarantee needed for certain project or any litigation case.
Place and report for Statutory time deposit placement including export proceeds deposit in terms of compliance, minimize nesting period with fair to market interest rate.
A. Bank Guarantee
Dealing with Banks to obtain best Bank Guarantee offering
Perform the whole process for Bank Guarantee arrangement for accuracy and timing of submission
Prepare Bank Guarantee Report to Senior Management.
B. Letter of Credit Administering Letter of Credit on Down Stream product sales.
4. General
Operate Kyriba and its integration to SAP including business object from time to time in coordination with MIS department to support Treasury operations and reporting function as well.
Implements and maintains procedures and policies, including cash management, and treasury functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.
Manages recordation and reconciliation for treasury and cash management area; ensures accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures as well as Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
5 years of related experience out of financial services or fund administration and/or corporate finance.
Experience in Treasury or Banking Industry will be an advantage.
Tracking sources and uses of cash for each partnership in order to determine the appropriate borrowing/repayment level required to meet daily liquidity needs while minimizing idle balances.
Understanding of Treasury concepts.
Experience use Kyriba Cash Management and Treasury system will be an advantage.
Will demonstrate experience and competency of handling FX deals, rollovers/ drawdowns, account analytics, position keeping and have had responsibility in inter department communication.

Compile, analyze, and summarize data PM scheduling including plan and un-plan schedule activities by perform daily inspection to all Heavy support fleet which are release from shop, to ensure all equipment in a good and safe condition.
Assist with supervision, coordination, monitoring, and controlling PM scheduling including plan and un-plan schedule activities by perform daily inspection to all equipment which are release from shop, to ensure all equipment in a good and safe condition.
Perform forecast for the component condition and provide data to mechanic in extending component lifetime to meet the quality standard for maintenance.
Identify and analyze breakdown failures, in order to determine the root cause of the problem and obtain the most efficient and effective solution by review repair and breakdown historical data of heavy support equipment.
Invent, develop, and implement maintenance method for tools and facilities, in order to improve maintenance activities and increase maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
Keep a data base for all equipment findings to track histories to ensure all data are complete for future references.
Establish inspection sequences system and rework elimination (inspection to get backlog, doing repair as instruction, re-inspection prior to release and go final test by real work prior to operational) at assigned equipment with maximizing available man-hour and work quality required to ensure quality and productivity maintenance.
Ensure PM back log and analyze schedule oil sampling at assigned equipment before all fleet coming on schedule PM and analyze to the Superior’s and Mine Support Services Management’s repair activities to inform the Superior and Mine Support Services Management for their decision to improve the activities performance.
Minimum Education and Experience
S1 with minimum 2-3 years and trade apprenticeship with 6 years experience, whoever in charge in mining companies and working preferably in Heavy Duty mechanics scopes.

Supervise all PM and break down repair and/or maintenance activities for assigned equipments are performed in efficient, effective and timely manner, in order to provide good equipments performance.

Act as primary analyst and pivotal point for external company salary survey and conduct any necessary analysis and provide recommendation to PTFI Sr. Management through extensive coordination with external parties (consultant, Big 4, etc.).

Study on company compensation practice and seek best practice on industry to keep maintaining company compensation program still align with company objective.
Prepare and calculate new salary of promoted employee and monitor the communication thru employee letter in ESS (Employee Self Service) web
Provide total cash information required by US/Nola payroll for planned secondment employee. Monitor the database of secondment employee, and inform the related parties in PTFI. Conduct the review on employee salary once back from secondment program
Prepare and calculate Completion Bonus payment for PTFI and partners to ensure the timely processing and on correct amount.
Prepare and calculate outstanding compensation for terminated/ resign employee to ensure the accurate amount provided

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
