 Posisi:

1. HUMAN CAPITAL SERVICES SPECIALIST

Requirement :

• Minimum S1 in Psychology / Management / Law
• Experienced as group team leader/section head for 3-4 years
• Have a thorough understanding of employment regulations and general regulations
• Understand the payroll process
• Have good communication and negotiation skills
• Understand the 5R program
• Master the concept of human development, organizational behavior, and learning concepts
• Master interview techniques and recruitment systems
• Have a good knowledge of competency, psychodiagnostic, and counseling techniques
• Able to become a trainer/Train The Trainer

2. FINANCIAL MODELLING ANALYST

Requirement :

• S1 in Accounting or related, Master’s in Finance or MBA would be a plus
• At least 5 years of experience as a finance professional
• Experience with financial modeling is a must
• Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting
• Attention to detail and the ability to identify data patterns
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
• Abreast of industry updates
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Proven leadership abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough understanding of project management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

3. TAX SUPERVISOR

Requirement :

• S1/S2 in Accounting/Tax
• Experienced in handling tax audits is a must-have qualification
• Have 3-4 years of experience as a Tax Supervisor
• Brevet AB & C certified is a plus
• Preferably from a tax consultant firm
• Have an excellent understanding of accounting & financial reports
• Master all taxes including Corporate Tax Returns
• Experienced as a tax auditor is preferred

4. PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Requirement :

• Minimum S1 in Psychology
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in People Development
• Master the concept of people development, organizational behavior, learning concept
• Good understanding of competency, psychodiagnostic, and counseling techniques
• Able to become a Trainer/Train The Trainer
• Understand interview techniques, communication, and recruitment systems

5. OD, CULTURE & TALENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Requirement :

• S1 in a relevant field, such as organizational development, organizational psychology, human resources, or a business-related discipline
• Extensive knowledge of organization development and capacity-building strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
• Have a deep understanding of analysis tools and data processing
• Have a strong understanding of Resources Management & Performance Management
