AMI dipersiapkan untuk menjadi pusat aset mineral non-batu bara dan bisnis pengolahan mineral, dan batu bara metalurgi Grup AlamTri. Melalui anak perusahaan, AMI memegang lima area konsesi Perjanjian Karya Pengusahaan Pertambangan Batu bara (PKP2B) dengan sumber daya dan cadangan batu bara metalurgi yang besar di Kalimantan Timur dan Kalimantan Tengah. Batu bara metalurgi AMI diberi nama “Enviromet”, yang disambut dan dikenal baik sebagian besar produsen baja di pasar global.

1. External Relation Officer
Qualifications :
Build and maintain good relationships with the community, government, and non-government agencies to support business operations
Represent the company in meetings and events with external stakeholders to strengthen the company’s image and partnerships
Monitor and analyze regulations or policies that may affect the company, and coordinate necessary permits and approvals
Manage external communications and support activities that maintain a positive corporate image
Key Responsibilities :
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Law
Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in Public Relation Officer/Government & External Relation Officer
Proven experience in handling Mass Organization, Government Representative Litigation, Operation Permit, and Land Aquisition
Goodcommunication, proven influence, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
2. HR Officer – Industrial Relation
Qualifications :
Managing and fulfilling employee rights in accordance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Implementing employee development programs through internal/external training and assessments as needed and within approved budgets.
Formulating and socializing company regulations to employees to foster a conducive industrial relationship.
Managing the operational needs of the office and other employee facilities to ensure compliance with company standards.
Carrying out HR administrative tasks such as creating work documents, handling labor permits, and reporting company obligations to the Disnaker in Bulungan North Kalimantan.
Calculating employee medical reimbursement according to company regulations.
