1. Product Development Staff

Job Descriptions :

• Responsible for identifying emerging trends, consumer needs, and new ingredients for product development (fragrance / makeup / skincare / body care)
• Responsible for contributing in the formulation and testing of new cosmetic products, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop product concepts and positioning strategies
• Work closely with the production team to ensure manufacturability and scalability of product formulations
• Participate in product testing and evaluation processes, including sensory testing, performance evaluation, and consumer feedback analysis
• Assist in creating product documentation, including formulation details, technical specifications, and regulatory filings
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes in the cosmetic industry

Job Specifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Management, or any related fields
• Preferably experienced 1 year specialized in Product Development or equivalent, fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Having brief knowledge about FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods)
• Prior experience in cosmetic product development or a similar role is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and regulatory requirements
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Placement : Head Office (Jl. Jend. Sudirman, Kavling 1, Jakarta Pusat)

2. Purchasing Staff

Job Description (s) :

• Responsible for preparing import documentation in accordance with Customs regulations and requirements
• Responsible for operating Customs system and website for import permit submission (PIB)
• Responsible for coordinating with external stakeholders (Forwarder, PPJK, Customs, BPOM, Government, and any related institution)
• Responsible for monitoring and ensuring timely delivery and adherence to import regulations
• Understand and stay up-to-date with import regulations, tariffs, and trade agreements relevant to the company’s operations

Job Requirement (s) :

• A Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major related to this position, preferably from Transportation Management / Supply Chain Management
• Having 2 years of experience in Purchasing / EXIM / PPJK
• Having PPJK Certificate would be a plus
• Experience to handle PIB, NIB, and other management documentation
• Basic knowledge of ISO, Halal Certification, and BPOM
• Must have intermediate proficiency in MS Excel
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Highly flexible, easy to adapt with new environment, project management, team work, customer centric and eager to self-learn under minimal direction
