Saat ini PT McDermott Indonesia membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

 Posisi:Graduate Development Program (GDP)

• Graduate Development Program (GDP) is an exclusive tailored management trainee program for young leader to build a career across different business units to become future leaders in the PT. McDermott Indonesia.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

• Enroll in the two-year program broken down into 4 rotations across different business units
• Contribute during On-the-job experience on asigned Tasks & Responsibilities refer to McDermott procedure and policies
• Understand and apply of the roles and functions of assigned functions groups and units
• High standard of safe working pratice, quality, and productivity as well as compliance with the code of business conducts
• Review and understand policies and Yard procedures, participate in any improvements where required
• Attending/participate in training and provide feedback or improvement as required
• Support and adhere of the implementation of safe working practice, high quality, productivity, and compliance with the code of business conducts

Requirements :

• Fresh Graduate and or with maximum 1 year’s work experience
• Bachelor’s Engineering Degree from Reputable University (Specific Majority Ocean/Offshore, Mechanical, Naval, Marine, Electrical, Chemical, Metallurgy, Material, Civil, Piping, Industrial, Applied Physics, Process, Refrigeneration, Architectural Engineering)
• GPA Score at least 3.50 (out of 4.00)
  Fluent in English minimum TOEFL score 550 or IELTS 6.5, iBT 80, Maximum 1 year validity
• Have good communication and interpersonal skill (organization, work/internship experience)
• Able to work under pressure, learn quickly, and adapt to new problems and situations
• Honesty, high integrity and ethics, determination, ability to perform active listening, confidence and focused
