 Posisi:

1. Administration Staff

Responsibility :

• Computer data entry & Filling file
• Support department’s activities & make report department activities
• Make report and responsible for reporting cash in & cash out

Requirements :

• Minimum D3 all major (preferred accounting, auditing, tax, business administration)
• Female, maximum 28 years old
• Have a good understanding in English (both oral & written)
• Minimum having Experience minimum 1 year
• Fluent in english both speaking and writing
• Placement Jakarta

2. Sales Representative

Responsibilities :

• Promote and detailing our products to healthcare professionals
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and clinical information to healthcare providers
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions, clinics, and pharmacises
• Analyzing sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve business outcomes
• Completing administrative requirements and working within a set promotional budget accurately and within a timely manner
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for products within the assigned teritory

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus
• Maximum age of 30 years old
• Experienced at least 1 year experience in Sales background or equivalent
• Familiarity with Hospital Procurement
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail oriented
• Required skills: Marketing, Presentation, Sales, Product Knowledge, Target Oriented, Sales Technique/Marketing
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Placement: Jakarta, Tangerang, Bogor, Yogyakarta, Purwokerto, Bandung Malang, Ambon, Papua (Maluku: Maluku Utara), Merauke, Biak, Wamena

3. Application Specialist Staff

Responsibilities :

• Trains and ensure that customers are properly and optimally able to operate the medical device and/or research laboratory products they have purchased
• Re-trains client when systems or technologies have been upgraded
• Provided on-going customer support and re-visits clients
• Develops instructional programs

Requirements :

• Minimum educational Bachelor degree in Biology or Biotechnology
• Maximum 30 years old
• At least 1 year of working experience in the same field, fresh graduate are welcome
• Good speaking and presentation skill
• Proficient in English, both spoken & written
• Willing to traveling overseas unaccompanied
• Opportunity to attend training abroad
• Placement Denpasar

4. Calibration Technician Staff

Responsiblity :

• Develop and create testing and calibration work methods
• Compile and create test and calibration worksheets
• Perform calibration testing activities and inspections of medical equipment maintenance
• Generate test and calibration results reports and maintenance inspections

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma III in Electromedical Engineering
• Minimum one year of experience in the same position
• Good command of English (both oral and written)
• Knowledge about medical devices
• Placement Jakarta

5. Field Service Engineering Staff

Responsibilities :

• Install, maintain, and perform preventive maintenance on medical devices
• Ensure proper functional of devices/equipment and spare parts
• Ensure devices operate according to standards

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma III in Electro-medical Engineering (must have STR certification or registry license)
• Minimum one year of experience in the same position
• Good command of English (both oral and written)
• Knowledge of Medical Devices

6. Legal and Compliance Staff

Responsibility :

• Design and review agrreements/contracts/other legal documents between the Company and the Partner/Vendor
• Ensure the Agreements/Contracts/Other legal documents are comply with laws and regulation also with Company’s regulation
• Ensure the permits and company’s governance process comply with laws and regulations also with Company’s internal policy
• Conduct regularly socialization to all related parties, internal and external regarding the Company’s internal policy and/or partner or principal’s policy

Requirements :

• Holds an Indonesia law degree
• Has 1-3 years of experience
• Understands corporate law, governance, and related regulations
• Experience with managing different business contract and Online Single Submission
• Good at both writing and speaking English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Solves problems well and pays attention to details
• Communicates and works well with others
• Works independently and collectively in a team with people from different cultures

7. Product Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Understand and explain laboratory products to customers
• Support the sales team with product presentations and training
• Help customers with technical issues and troubleshooting
• Conduct workshops and training for clients and internal teams
• Ensure products meet industry regulations and company policies
• Research market trends and support marketing strategies
• Attend industry events and build relationships with customers

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biomedical Science, Chemistry, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in product management, sales, or technical support
• Knowledge of laboratory equipment, reagents, or diagnostics
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Willing to travel for customer visits and events

8. Sales & Marketing Staff

Responsibility :

• Plan, monitor, and evaluate the sales and marketing process
• Implement potential marketing promotion strategies to outlets
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma III (Any Major)

• Proficient in english (both oral and written)
