• 1. Operational Mining Manager (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering or related field (Master’s degree in an advantage)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in mining operations, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of mining software (e.g., Surpac, MineSched) and equipment technologies
  • Preferably certified in Mining Operational Supervisor (POU), Mining Software, HSE, Cost Analyst, Project Development
  • Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem solving skills in high-pressure environments
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  2. Production Supervisor (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineeirng, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nickel mining operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
  • Preferably certified in Mining Operational Supervisor (POM), HSE, Project Development, or relevant certificate
  • Proficient in mining equipment operations and basic maintenance principles
  • Knowledge of Indonesia mining Safety regulations and environmental standards
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  3. Mine Plan Supervisor (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) in Mining Engineering
  • At least 3 years of work experience in Nickel Mining
  • Certified in POP and is capable of operating an LV
  • Able to operate Mining Software (Surpac, ArcGIS, MineSched, AutoCAD, Global Mapper)
  • Understand the nickel mining processs, Cut & Fill projects, fleet matching calculations and units work efficiency
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  4. Mine Control Center Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experienced in a control room environment, preferably within the mining industry
  • Proficiency in using centralized control systems (e.g. SCADA, Modular Mining, Fleet Management Systems, GPS, Dispatch System, etc.).
  • Familiar with safety and environmental standards in mining operations
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  5. Pit Control Engineer (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in mining operations, with a strong understanding of operational workflows
  • Preferably certified in Mining Operational Supervision (POP) and mining software
  • Knowledge of mining & mapping software, including mining methods, schedulling, and material balancing
  • Famialiarity with health, safety, and environmental protocols
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  6. Geology Grade Control Supervisor (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum SMA/SMK or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Geology Engineering/Mining Geology with at least 3 years of experience
  • Certified in POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
  • Proficient in geospatial information software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Surpac, etc)
  • Skilled in database software (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint, Visio, CorelDraw, etc)
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  7. Grade Control Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum SMA/SMK or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Geological Engineering/Mining Geology with at least 1 year of experience
  • Certified in POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
  • Proficient in geospatial information software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Surpac, etc)
  • Skilled in database software (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word. Word, Ms. PowerPoint, Visio, CorelDraw, etc)
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  8. Geology QC Supervisor (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a comparable position
  • Proficient in geospital informationa software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Surpac, etc)
  • Proficient in database software (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. PowerPoint, Visio, CorelDraw, etc)
  • Willing to be placed in Solomon Islands with a 20:4 roster

  9. QA & QC Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum SMA/SMK or Bachelor Degree in Geological Engineering or Mining Geology with at least 1 year of experience
  • Proficient in geospatial informationa software (ArcGIS, Global Mapper, Surpac, etc) and database software (Ms. Excel, Ms Word, Ms. PowerPoint, Visio, CorelDraw, etc)
  • Certified in POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama)
  • Knowledge of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) principles and their application in mining activities
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  10. Geologist Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) in Geological Engineering
  • At least 1 year of work experience as an Exploration Geologist in nickel mining
  • Certified in POP and K3
  • Responsible to manage geological studies, exploration, and drilling with QA/QC compliance
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  11. Preparation Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining/Geological Engineering with 1-2 years of experience
  • Minimum of Senior/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) with more than 2 years of experience are also eligible
  • Preferably holds a POP certification
  • Experienced in ensuring safety (SOP, K3, IK), supervising operations, verifying samples, and monitoring equipment
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  12. Laboratory Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemistry Geological/Chemical/Mining Engineering with at least 1 year of experience
  • Preferably holds POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) and PPR (Petugas Operasional Pertama) and PPR (Petugas Pengawas Radiasi) certification
  • Experienced in ensuring the implementation of SOP, K3, IK, and performing sample back up
  • Experienced in monitoring CRM, supervising laboratory equipment, and identifying operational issues in the laboratory
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  13. Laboratory Analyst (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum SMK/D3/S1 in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Able to conduct sample analysis and regular maintenance of analytical instruments
  • Able to create CRM monitoring and prepare Reports of Analysis (RoA)
  • Able to identify disrepancies in analysis results
  • Ability to speak English is a plus

  14. Environment Monitoring Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the mining industry
  • Experience in managing environmental monitoring, preferably within the mining industry

  • Familiarity with safety and environmental standards in mining operations
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  15. Fuelman Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as fuel foreman in mining industry and understand the SOP of refueling
  • Able to operate computer (Microsoft Office)
  • Having good interpersonal, communication, and leadership skill
  • Capable to ensure that all fuelman and driver fuel work are performed according to SOP and safety procedures
  • Have driver licence and can operate LV units
  • Willing to work at site with roster 20:4

  16. Electrical Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum (S1) in Electrical Engineering or related fields, Candidates with a Senior High School (SMA/SMK) diploma may be considered with relevant work experience
  • Able to identify electrical issues, analyze root causes, and develop solutions to ensure smooth system operation
  • Possess deep understanding of electrical safety regulations, industry standards, and best practices in electrical work
  • Possess high level of precision and thoroughness in inspecting, maintaining, and recording electrical work
  • Moderate proficiency in English, particularly for reading and understanding machinery manuals
  • Willing to work at site with roster 20:4

  17. HAUL Master Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a related major
  • Possess at least 2-3 years of experience in the mining industry, specifically in haulage operations
  • In-depth understanding of haulage operations, equipment, and safety protocols to ensure efficient and compliant performance
  • Comprehensive inderstanding of workplace safety regulations and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Strong analytical skills to assess operational challenges and make informed decisions
  • Willing to work at site with roster 20:4

  18. Logistic Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • 2 years of experience as logistic
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office
  • Having good communication skill
  • Having good coordination skill
  • Understand the process of export and import document
  • Able to create strategic and efficient plan of shipment (include shipment route & schedule)
  • Willing to work at site with roster 20:4

  19. Purchasing Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in creating Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Strong skills in sourcing and negotiating prices with vendors
  • Able to communicatie effectively (oral and writing)
  • Good at coordinating and networking
  • Quick reponse and able to put priority on task
  • Willing to work at site with roster 20:4

  20. Safety Foreman (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHMS), Mining Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Safety Foreman in mining industry
  • Have a certification in Investigation by BNSP, Middle K3 Expert by BNSP, ISO & HSAS Awareness, TOT Level 4, and Basic Fire Fighter
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of mining safety regulations and standards
  • Willing to be placed in Solomon Islands with a 20:4 roster

  21. Paramedic (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Nursing or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of work experience in a similar position, preferably in the mining industry or project locations
  • Must have an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik), Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and Ocupational Health (Hiperkes)
  • Experience in manage emergency response activities, including supervision, coordination, and training
  • Able to handle health-related concerns in the workplace and surrounding community
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

  22. Driller (Overseas Placement)

  Requirements :

• Minimum of High school/vocational school
• Experienced and skilled in operating Jacro/MD drilling machines, with at least 3 years of experience in nickel mining
• Proficient in maintenance and minor repairs of drilling machines
• Ability to speak English is a plus
