1. Management Trainee Program – Forestry COC Certification

• This program is designed to develop future leaders in forest certification systems, legality assurance, and supply chain sustainability. As part of one of Asia’s largest integrated pulp and paper companies, you will gain in-depth exposure to forestry standards and operational excellence.
• What You Will Experience As a participant in the Forestry Management Trainee Program, you will be immersed in the practical application of international forestry certification frameworks such as FSC, PEFC, and SVLK. You will be actively involved in supporting audit processes and ensuring the organization’s compliance with legality verification standards. This program offers a dynamic opportunity to engage with cross-functional teams and take part in responsible forest management efforts across various operational settings.

Preferred Majors :

• Forestry
• Environmental Science
• Natural Resource Management

Candidate Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major
• Fresh Graduate up to maximum of 2 years of working experience
• Minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00
• In-depth understanding of forest certification and legality systems (FSC, PEFC, SVLK)
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in dynamic settings
• Willing to be placed at Central Jakarta

2. Management Trainee Program Forestry – Environmental Downstream

• APP Group is seeking driven and environmentally conscious graduates to join our Forestry – Environmental Downstream Management Trainee Program, a development track designed to prepare future leaders in sustainable forestry operations, environmental compliance, and downstream certification systems. As part of one of Asia’s largest integrated pulp and paper companies, this program offers a unique opportunity to contribute to responsible forest product sourcing and environmental stewardship across our value chain.
• What You Will Experience In this program, you will gain first-hand experience in enhancing the environmental integrity of our production and distribution network. The program offers deep exposure to mill-based environmental management, including audit readiness, documentation control, and engagement with key stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure traceability, adherence to environmental regulations, and continuous improvement in sustainability performance.

Candidate Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major (Forestry, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management)
• Fresh Graduate up to maximum of 2 years of working experience
• Minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willing to be placed at Central Jakarta

3. Management Trainee (FAD)

Requirements :

• Maximum 25 years old, with up to 2 years of work experience
• Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and systems orientation
• Demonstrates strong commitment and adaptability in dynamic work environments
• Willing to be placed at any of APP Group’s locations across Indonesia
