Erspo adalah sub-brand dari Erigo Apparel yang didirikan oleh Muhammad Sadad, seorang pengusaha asal Aceh. Erigo, yang terkenal dengan pakaian kasualnya, sukses besar dan berpartisipasi dalam New York Fashion Week 2022. Erspo, diluncurkan pada 22 Januari 2024, fokus pada pakaian olahraga dan telah bekerja sama dengan PSSI untuk menyediakan perlengkapan Timnas Indonesia.

Social Media Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute social media content strategies in alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals, supported by well planned weekly content calendars.
Create and manage high quality content, including coordinating with internal teams or external creators, and ensuring all materials follow brand guidelines, visual standards, and tone of voice.
Oversee daily posting activities and maintain an organized workflow for content planning, production, and publishing.
Monitor audience interactions; including comments, direct messages, tags, mentions and respond promptly and professionally to maintain strong engagement and positive community relations.
Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and overall account growth.
Stay updated on platform trends, new features, and algorithm changes, and apply relevant developments to enhance content performance and brand presence.
Collaborate with cross functional teams and coordinate with influencers or external partners when necessary to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices, with proficiency in Instagram Insights or similar tools.
Basic photo/video editing skills and familiarity with commonly used content creation applications.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Experience with influencer coordination or creator partnerships, as well as involvement in brand-building activities and general digital marketing concepts.
