Dan merupakan perusahaan induk dari Tower Bersama Group. TBIG didirikan pada tahun 2004 dan sahamnya tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia sejak tanggal 26 Oktober 2010. 1. TBIG Leader Development Program (TLDP)

Task & Responsibilities :
TBIG Leader Development Program (TLDP), also known as the management trainee program, offers a series of in-class and on-the-job trainings to provide candidates with opportunities for self-development and fast-track career growth. It also allows candidates to collaborate with the company’s cross-functional professionals and Subject Matter Experts.
Assign proposals with partners based on marketing releases
Plan project execution through daily plans and scheduling related to permits, manpower, completion, ATP, etc
Coordinate the process of analyzing and creating alternatives that related to potential risks from the route withdrawal location (ownership, costs, permits, etc.)
Controlling the progress of daily project activities through monitoring and documentation
Coordinate negotiations with partners/vendors regarding project needs, problems and conditions
Controlling updates on project work in TBIG System
Evaluate the implementation of actual work in accordance with the standards and provisions in the BoQ/design
Qualification :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering(preferable from Electro, Telecommunication, Civil, Industry, Informatics)
Having minimum 3 years experience as project controller in telecommunication company
Having knowledge in civil, mechanical, and electrical (is a must), SITAC and Fiber Optic (will be an advantages)
Advance with Google Earth, Map Info
Having knowledge in Fiber Optic, telecommunication network (topology, architecture, protocol, commissioning)
Having QHSE certification will be an advantages
Having good knowledge in operating Microsoft
3. IT Improvement Section Head

Task & Responsibilities :
Supervise and monitor the work of the programming team & ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards
Identify areas for improvement in existing IT systems and processes
Design and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability
Collaborate with other teams to integrate new systems or improve existing ones
Analyze issues in production applications & resolve technical problems reported by users
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify issues and provide long-term solutions
Qualification :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
At least 4 years of IT experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role preferred
Proficient in .Net programming (C#, ASP.NET, etc.)
Strong SQL Server query writing skills (queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning, data analysis)
Experience using Git for version control and team collaboration
Strong business process analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions
Understanding of system architecture, database management, and system integration
Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in production environments
Willingness to continually learn and keep up with emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud computing, microservices, DevOps, etc.)
4. Market Validation Engineer

Task & Responsibilities :
Perform spatial analysis and geoprocessing tasks to support business needs
Provide technical support for GIS applications and troubleshoot issues as they arise
Collaborate with other departments to understand their GIS needs and provide tailored solutions
Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Managing and monitoring the survey team
Knowledge about FTTH tech will be an advantage
Any knowledge of database or programming language (SQL, PostgreSQL, Python) will be an advantage
