PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri biasa disingkat TransNusa, adalah maskapai penerbangan domestik Indonesia yang melayani wilayah timur Indonesia, terutama Nusa Tenggara dan Sulawesi bagian selatan. Basis utamanya adalah Bandara El Tari, Kupang. Diluncurkan pada Agustus 2005 melayani berbagai tujuan dari Kupang, Timor, menggunakan pesawat carteran dari Pelita Air dan Trigana Air Service. Pada Agustus 2011, TransNusa memasuki tahap baru dengan menerima sendiri Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) dan izin penerbangan niaga berjadwal.

Seiring pertumbuhan perusahaan yang pesat dan beradaptasi dengan trend di Industri penerbangan maka mulai December 2021 TransNusa beralih konsep Low Cost Carrier (LCC) dan akan menggunakan pesawat bermesin JET Engine sebagai armada utama nya.

1. Flight Attendant

Job Description :

• As a Flight Attendant, your role is crucial in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. You’ll conduct safety briefings, assist with boarding, maintain cabin cleanliness, and promptly respond to passengers’ needs. Effective communication and adherence to aviation regulations and company policies are key aspects of your responsibilities.

Requirements :

• Minimum High School Education
• Experienced FA (Male and Female)
• Hold Indonesia DGCA FAC and Rated A320 or non rated with the last recurrent and competency check in 2024
• Hold a valid passport and Certificate of Medical (COM) second class with a minimum validity of 6 months
• Minimum height of 160 cm barefoot (Women)
• Minimum height of 170cm barefoot (Men)
• Minimum arm reach of 210cm (Women and Men)
• No visible tattoos and not wearing braces
• Willingness to be posted in MDC, DPS, CGK, or other base are determinded by the company
• Proficient in English (Ability to speak Mandarin or other languages is an asset)
• Great Health
• Able to join immediately

2. Fuel Planning Specialist

• Deadline 02 June 2025

Job Description :

• As a vital leader in our operations team, you will be at the forefront of planning, managing, and optimizing fuel consumption across our network. This role is essential in supporting cost-effective and environmentally responsible flight operations, while ensuring full alignment with industry standards and safety regulations.
• We are seeking a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of fuel logistics, aircraft performance, and fuel budgeting within the airline sector. If you have a strong analytical mindset, a proven track record in fuel planning, and the leadership drive to shape a smarter, greener future in aviation, then we’d love to have you onboard.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the aviation industry, with at least 2 years in fuel planning and leadership roles
• Experience in managing fuel budgets, forecasting fuel needs, and developing cost-control strategies
• Knowledge of fuel management software, optimization tools, and analytics platform used for fuel planning and tracking
• Strong analytical skills to forecast fuel requirements, monitor consumption, and assess efficiency
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Location Jakarta

3. Flight Operations Officer

• Deadline 25 May 2025

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma’s degree in Aviation Management, Operations, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in flight operations, crew control, crew scheduling, or aviation operations is preferred
• Hold a FOO Type Rating A320 License
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations, crew duty limitations, and scheduling principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to make quick decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in crew scheduling software and Microsoft Office applications
• Location Jakarta, Denpasar or Manado

4. Fuel Analyst

• Deadline 26 May 2025

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is an added advantage
• Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• A quick learner with a strong desire to expand knowledge and develop new skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written
• Location Jakarta

5. IT Programmer

• Deadline 30 June 2025

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts
• Familiarity with the .NET framework and ASP.NET
• Proficiency in C#
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end web development
• Understanding of relational database concepts and SQL
• Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, MYSQL is a plus
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

6. Duty Executive

Your responsibilities will include coordinating airport authorities, managing daily operational tasks, and upholding safety and quality standards.

• Minimum Diploma degree in a related field

• Able to work with computers and related software
• Able to perform analysis, evaluation, problem solving and decision making
• Able to communicate, coordinate and negotiate with the stake holders in the airport
