• The program features two core tracks with multiple job rotations, providing you with the opportunity to gain handson experience and broaden your knowledge across various roles within the e-commerce team.

1. Graduate Development Program (GDP)

• The Graduate Development Program is a foundational track that offers broad exposure to the Global E-Commerce business through business operations-focused rotations across key teams like Acquisition and Incubation, Category Creators, Campaign Management, and more.

Who we’re looking for

• Graduates in any field with up to 1 year of full-time work experience
• Individuals who are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Curious and motivated learners with strong communication skills
• Individuals proficient in English

2. Accelerated Development Program

• The Accelerated Development Program is a fast-track opportunity for MBA graduates to build a strategic foundation in Global E-Commerce while working on the cross-functional initiatives that drive business strategy through rotations such as Business Intelligence & Platform Strategy, Category Strategy, Special Projects, and more.

Who we’re looking for :

• Graduates with a Master’s degree in Business Administration or any field, or a Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, with up to 3 years of full-time work experience
• Individuals who are adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Curious and motivated learners with strong communication skills
• Individuals proficient in English
