Shopee Apprentice Program (SAP)

• The Apprentice Program is an internship programme specially designed for second and penultimate year students, to hone their professional skills and develop them into young leaders. Get ready to make a difference to the e-commerce and digital finance industry, and dive head-first into participating in end-to-end processes in large-scale projects, and launching integral initiatives.

What do we offer in this internship program ?

1. Mentorship & Development

• Strengthen your capabilities and equip yourself with relevant and valuable professional skills through structured training programmes and on-the-job learning. You will be paired with a mentor and receive guidance throughout the programme.

• Explore your potential and make your mark in Shopee and SeaMoney by being a part of projects that impact millions in the region. At the end of the Apprentice Program, you will get to present your project to a panel of leaders.

• You will get to attend an exclusive orientation programme, join social networking events and forge connections with our team of diverse and passionate individuals.

4. Fast-track your career to the next level

• You will get the opportunity to join an accelerated track to the selection rounds in the Global Development Program or Sea Global Management Associate Program (GMAP) – Shopee & SeaMoney Track.

The Apprentice Program will place you into one of our functions* below, but not limited to :

• Business Development & Partnerships
  • Be involved in the pursuit of strategic opportunities by developing relationships and expanding partnerships.
• Business Intelligence
  • Develop data insights and solutions to solve business-related issues.
• Marketing
  • Conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility.
• Operations
  • Manage the end-to-end operational process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the platform to when the buyer receives the products.

Do you have what it takes ?

• University student pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline at a recognised university
• A team player with good interpersonal and strong communication skills
• Self-starter who is eager to learn and possesses a can-do attitude
• Effective problem solver who is able to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
